Karl Svatos - Data Guru

Builder of frameworks that empower people.

Do you want to build, reinforce, or benefit from world-class expertise, earn new clients, generate new leads, or just be a better leader?

What problems do I solve?

Realising the hidden potential of the tools and data YOU may have.

Solutions require delicate understanding. Through a careful, meticulous, process leading to actual problem solving. The process involves having a deep understanding of what the tools can do to create a material benefit. The key is simple. Listen.Understand the problem first and then look to the tools, not the other way around. Sometimes the solution can lay hidden in the data, much in the same way as a needle can get lost in a haystack.Having authored 7 peer-reviewed publications and worked in many industries I know how to get the job done. Mining (production and exploration), building and construction, education, agriculture, environmental science, bioinformatics, R&D (deep-fake technology, data science, research ethics), field-related drone-based analytics, digital twins (industrial automation), machine learning and telecommunications. 13 citations cements me as a global authority in technical consulting and R&D innovation.

I'm listening.

Let me know how we can add value together.

Case Study 1 - Tailored Research:Building and delivering private LTE telecommunications platforms for several research organisations (Asia Pacific focus). Focussing on Bluetooth micro-sensor arrays, contributing to a better understanding of A.I., and 5G in crop production systems specific to predicting grain yield in a variety of agricultural systems.

How do we know the results are reliable?

In data we trust... ...once the the hypothesis is validated.

Why not reach out? Here are five reasons you should!1.) Software expertise, with high-stakes industrial impact.Working in maintenance of mining production systems with ultrasonics for ball and sag mills, saving downtime $$$ across the Asia-Pacific region.2.) Science-based mastery, with peer-reviewed credibility.
Pioneering python-driven PacBio Sequel pipelines, mastering QIIME and CCA stats to uncover groundbreaking microbial interactions.
3.) Showcasing R&D for global reach and forecasting.Engineered private database automation SQL frameworks for secure network data transmission, to over 200 local and international clients.4.) Communicating ethical AI.Implementing frameworks and guidelines to government facing research organisations. Leading to the transformation of 300 parraleI IoT deployments simultaneously concerning software development and environmental dataset development.5.) A common sense approach. It is one thing to tell a good story. It is quite another for the solution that has been proposed to deliver on the promise. Outcomes can be compromised through poor implementation. Ground-truthing without committing to the hard work and humility required to do the job right the first time.

But what about the robots?

We build bridges between AI and people.

Statistics is about finding significant data to validate a hypothesis. Significant data points represent connections in relative time. How the data is then used corresponds to a level of trust based on its significance value. In business, connections may need to be expanded to include human resources and automated tools, but not in an unethical or technophobic manner. E.g., if significant data is uncovered for a potential client benefit, it might only make sense to those who understand its value in non-relative terms!Case study 2 - Validation of methodA 'tool' on a production facility site or added to a custom piece of software is only as good as the way it has been shown in use by another (or others). Learning from a manual can simetimes be misleading for front-line staff if a specific detail is missing. As contractors always make sure that initiating and sustaining meaningful relationships with all levels of staff is achieved, before initiating any change. Make sure that everyone buys into the solution and leans into the shared vision of doing things better, the first time.Real human connections make the roll-out memorable, and memorable roll-outs create better results! .

Need proof?

The Proof is in the Pudding.
